Helping Hands Credit Solutions started with a simple belief: everyone deserves someone in their corner who knows how the credit system really works. As a Black owned, woman owned business, we know how much a credit score can shape a family’s options, and how much it changes when someone finally explains it clearly.

Yes. Your first consultation is free and there is no obligation. We review where you stand, explain your options in plain language, and you decide whether to move forward.
How long does credit repair take?
Every file is different. Many clients start seeing updates within the first few months, but timelines depend on what is on your report and how the credit bureaus and creditors respond. We will give you an honest outlook after reviewing your report.
Can you guarantee my score will go up?
No honest company can guarantee a specific score. We challenge items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated, and we teach you the habits that build strong credit over time. If anyone promises you a guaranteed number, be careful.
Will working with you hurt my credit?
No. Reviewing your own reports does not lower your score, and disputing inaccurate information is your legal right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Do you work with clients outside Dallas?
Yes. Everything can be handled by phone, text, and email, so we can work with clients anywhere in Texas and across the country.
